Unexpectedly Good Staff

The warm smiles from the front desk staff. They went out of their way to ensure I felt welcomed and comfortable.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room struggled to keep the heat at bay, made for some restless nights.

fairly clean hotel, liked to be close to close to shopping malls and shopping centers and the shopping places malls plenty of places to roam around thanks to marvellous location. booked a room in good condition. the restaurant was relatively close to the venue.

Well, no breakfast.

Bathroom light didn't work and area around shower needed to be repaired.

Why didn't I try this sooner?

This place is dismal. The staff was unfriendly, and the rooms were in severe disrepair, with broken amenities and unsettling cleanliness standards. It was a constant noise fest with unsettling local clientele. I couldn't wait to leave and would recommend avoiding this mess at all costs.

Nasty rooms and old beds uncomfortable period.

Would have liked to have refrigerator/micro in our room.

It was just a smart choice for a weekend pause in Stockton with best value for money ratio. The towels smelled washed but not sanitized.

The staff! Especially Gloria at the front desk. Above & beyond regular duties, great attitude, kind, special requests handle A+ The cleaning people were also kind & caring.

#114 had a running toilet which today IS a water waster!! No ice, machine not working for week. Rooms need maintenance, patching & paint 'Free" breakfast.....joke but coffee was great when it WAS there. Food choices stunk, dry cereal,bread,waffles juice, that's it, No fruit,oatmeal etc. Management needs to put some TLC in it because they have a great staff but can only do so much. Thanks Gloria & staff, hope you get some good $$ for your hard work.

The front desk was nice nice and helpful

The bathroom light did not work , I was harassed by random men on the faculty as I was getting ice

I really enjoyed the comfy beds and the cozy room during my stay here. The pool was a nice spot to unwind, and I loved hanging out at the fire pit with friends. The only bummer was that the ice machine was out of order, so keep that in mind. 😊

The distance of my function to the motel and staff was friendly and tried to help

Painted over mold in bathroom, housekeeping needs improvement, hot tub was broken and all ice machines were down and I had to keep buying ice from convenient store. GM doesn't give staff more control to please inconvenienced guest. Not enough handicap accessible parking stalls

Absolutely nothing

Attitudes of front clerks. (Mother daughter duo). After informing me of their $100.00 additional deposit, she the then told me to go to store at corner and purchase a prepaid card then the $100.00 fee would be waived. So after putting all my money onto a prepaid I went back and she would not accept the card I had just purchased after she was the one who told me todo it.

Could Use Improvements, But Convenient Location

The staff was polite, and I found the location convenient for exploring Stockton. The room had potential, but cleanliness issues detracted from my experience. I recommend asking for a room farther from the street for better peace. Don't miss nearby dining options. The local eateries were a highlight!

The location was great.

The staff was unprofessional, and the room smelled of smoke. I had to ask for a new room,due to the fact that the pillow cases appeared or were dirty.

The price, the staff was great customer service was awesome n staff going over n beyond for customer. I am coming back to Econo lodge. Me n my bf loved this place at a fair price...
